Despite the strong reviews, the film recorded the second-lowest domestic debut for Laika Studios. It collected $12.3 million only on its three-day opening weekend in North America. On Monday, it added another $1.4 million, down 62.7% from Sunday. It is more than Coraline‘s first Monday gross, and the film’s domestic total after 4 days is $13.7 million.
