Fukrey actor Varun Sharma and the production house Utsav Entertainment have officially announced their mutual separation from the upcoming action thriller Naam – To Live Is War. The decision comes after detailed discussions between the actor and the producers regarding Varun’s prior professional commitments and tight shooting schedules, which made accommodating the project at this point challenging for both parties.

In an official statement released jointly by Varun Sharma and the makers of Naam – To Live Is War, both parties expressed mutual respect and well wishes for the future. With Varun Sharma stepping away due to date overlaps, the makers at Utsav Entertainment are expected to finalize a replacement for the character shortly before kicking off the schedule of the film.
The actor and the makers share, “We were genuinely looking forward to this collaboration and exploring the opportunity to work together. However, given the existing professional commitments and scheduling considerations, we felt it was best to take a considered and practical decision at this stage. While things may not align this time, we hope to find an opportunity to collaborate in the future when circumstances are more conducive.
