Ranveer Singh has made a roaring comeback with the Dhurandhar franchise, and so far, he has been a part of several historic milestones. Speaking about the next milestone, the actor is all set to inaugurate the 1000 crore club for Bollywood at the Indian box office. However, despite such a mind-blowing run of Dhurandhar 2, he won’t be able to achieve what Shah Rukh Khan achieved in 2023. Keep reading for a detailed report!

Ranveer Singh set to reach the 1000 crore milestone in a year

In 15 days, Dhurandhar 2 has amassed a whopping 961 crore net, and needs less than 40 crore to make a smashing entry into the 1000 crore club. With this, it’ll become the first ever Bollywood film to achieve the feat. Also, it will help Ranveer earn a massive 1000 crore net in a single year, making him the third Indian actor in a lead role to achieve the feat, after Prabhas (2017) and Shah Rukh Khan (2023).

Shah Rukh Khan to remain undefeated

Shah Rukh Khan is currently the Indian actor (in a lead role) to enjoy the highest collections in a single year at the Indian box office. He achieved the feat in 2023, when he had three releases in the form of Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki. His Pathaan scored 543.22 crore, followed by Jawan’s 640.42 crore, and Dunki’s 232 crore, taking his total to a staggering 1415.64 crore net.
