It collected a massive $360.1 million at the North American box office alone, setting the biggest opening of the year and the biggest opening to date. The film’s extraordinary box-office performance helped Tom Holland become the all-time highest-grossing actor worldwide.

According to the numbers on Box Office Mojo, Spider-Man: Brand New Day collected a solid $1 million on its 9th Friday at the North American box office. It has spectacular legs at the domestic box office, dropping by only 34.6% from its 8th Friday despite losing 608 theaters. It is now up against a bunch of newcomers, and returning to the top 5 in the domestic rankings this weekend seems hard for the Tom Holland starrer. It hits $947.6 million in domestic cume on Friday.
