Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan have come back to the big screen with their second onscreen collaboration this year. The two actors were earlier seen in Pati, Patni Aur Woh Do. Now, it is for the comedy drama, Udat Teer. The film has been receiving largely positive reviews from audiences, despite a limited box-office opening.
The film, directed by Aakash Kaushik, is a spy comedy film with a unique concept. Ayushmann Khurrana plays a Pakistani army man who is undercover in India. However, an accident causes him to lose his memory. He then forgets which country he belongs to and begins to fight for India against his own country. This leads to a series of chaos that only means fun for the audience.
Udta Teer X Review
The film was released in theaters today. The comedy fil has been receiving positive reviews from the aucience nd will likely pick up pace with strong word of mouth.
A review read, “A refreshing spy comedy that takes its time establishing the premise before shifting gears into chaotic comedy. The India-Pakistan conflict, set in a humor-filled world, is executed in an engaging manner. The breakout moment comes with a hilarious hospital scene, and from there on, the film shows an upward trend. Ayushmann Khurrana is good, but the scene stealers so far are Sandeep Anand and Suhail Nayyar.”
