Gerry Conway was a comic book writer, producer, and screenwriter. As per Variety, he passed away on April 27, 2026, at the age of 73. The exact cause of his death has not been mentioned. Conway was a writer for Marvel Comics as well as DC Comics and created or co-created several popular characters. This includes Frank Castle, aka The Punisher.
