Immortal Box Office Collection Day 1: Registers Kayadu Lohar’s Lowest Opening Of 2026

Kayadu Lohar is one of the most in-demand actresses in the South, especially after the success of Dragon. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that the actress has had five releases so far this year and more coming before the year wraps up. The actress saw two releases this week alone- Malayalam film I’m Game and Tamil film Immortal. The latter is a horror thriller in which she is opposite the famed musician GV Prakash Kumar.

How Much Did Immortal Earn On Its Opening Day?

Kayadu Lohar and GV Prakash Kumar’s romantic horror film largely centers around the two protagonists. The film revolves around two characters who live under one roof and fall in love. However, the male character soon realizes that there is more to Kayadu’s character than what meets the eye. Owing to a minimal pre-release buzz, the film took a modest opening. On day 1, the film collected 0.95 crore net in India, which equals 1.12 crore gross. The film managed to open in nearly 1000 screens across India with a poor occupancy rate of 26%.

Lowest Opening For Kayadu Lohar

Immortal marked the actress’s 5th release in 2026 alone. It is also the actress’s lowest-opening film. Kayadu began the year with the release of the Telugu film Funky, followed by the Malayalam period drama Pallichattambi. She was then seen in the Tamil rom-com Idhayam Murali, followed by Dulquer Salmaan’s highly anticipated Malayalam fantasy thriller I’m Game. Interestingly, all five of Kayadu Lohar’s films were in different genres.
